VOICE Society Launches Polson Park Palooza Series with Exciting Summer Events

The VOICE Society is thrilled to announce the launch of the Polson Park Palooza series, a vibrant celebration of music and community spirit set to take place in the picturesque Polson Park. The series will feature two free events on June 14 and July 26, showcasing an impressive lineup of talent and providing an unforgettable experience for attendees.

The inaugural event on June 14 will feature the acclaimed band Miina from Victoria. Formerly known as Carmanah, Miina has gained significant attention for their hit song "Roots," which received extensive coverage on CBC. Now, they are back with a new single, "Pressure," which can be previewed in a promo video on the VOICE Society's Instagram page at @voicesocietyvernon.

The evening will kick off at 7:00 PM with an opening performance by Norsu, setting the stage for an unforgettable night of music. At 8:00 PM, Miina will take the stage, delivering a powerful and engaging performance that promises to captivate the audience.

The Polson Park Palooza series is designed to celebrate local talent and foster a greater appreciation of music in our community, while also being accessible for all. 

The second event in the series is scheduled for July 26, and will feature the Younguns, with Karmaduke opening.
