Rescheduled Drone Show Set to Dazzle on September 21 in Polson Park
For Immediate Release
August 26, 2024 – After an unexpected cancellation due to technical difficulties, the VOICE Society is excited to announce the rescheduled and upgraded drone show in Polson Park! Mark your calendars for September 21, 2024, at 8:45 PM, when 240 drones will take to the skies for a mesmerizing performance.
The show will happen as part of the Sundog Festival, happening over the Friday and Saturday nights in Polson Park. The festival will be featuring some of the best live music to happen in the North Okanagan ever - and also for free, and hosted as part of Culture Days.
Our previous attempt was unfortunately cut short when the show's antenna was accidentally damaged. However, we are thrilled to get another chance to host the show and are pleased to share that the drone company is not only ready to go but has increased the number of drones for an even more spectacular display.
This drone show will be the first of its kind in the Okanagan, showcasing cutting-edge technology and artistry in an unforgettable aerial performance. The drones will light up the night sky, creating dynamic and intricate patterns that are sure to captivate audiences of all ages.
